RentPayment.com features AutoPay. AutoPay provides you the option and convenience of having your rent automatically paid each month on a day you determine. You may turn AutoPay on/off at anytime. You also have the option to make a "one-time" payment.
What can be paid through RentPayment.com?
You can pay rent and other community charges through RentPayment.com.
How will I be sure my rent has been paid?
RentPayment.com sends payment confirmations to you via e-mail. And you can contact the leasing office during normal business hours for confirmation.
Am I eligible to use RentPayment.com?
RentPayment.com is available to all residents who live at a CTL Managed community. Your account must be in "good standing" and not subject to other existing payment arrangements.

It's easy! Simply stop by the leasing office to obtain your Username and Password. Then go to www.ctlmanagement.com, and click "Pay Online."
