Who is eligible to participate?The Lease with Confidence Program is available to new residents and existing residents who are renewing their lease. Residents who are currently in a lease are not eligible to participate. This program expires at the end of the lease term and does not carry over to future lease renewals. What are the requirements?
What qualifies as an involuntary loss of income?If you are employed, self employed or receive an alternative and verifiable source of income you may qualify based on one of the scenarios listed below.
In a roommate situation, if one roommate experiences a loss of income, but the remaining roommate(s) meets our minimum income requirements, then the unit as a whole does not qualify to participate. How do I verify an involuntary loss of income?![]() If you experience an involuntary loss of income, you'll be responsible for providing written documentation from your employer that verifies one of the three scenarios listed above. If you are self employed or receive an alternative source of income, your leasing office can provide you details regarding an acceptable form of documentation. What fees are forgiven if I am released from my lease?All early lease termination fees will be forgiven if you qualify. You will be responsible for rent through the notice period, any unpaid balances, cleaning charges, and any damages to the apartment at move-out.
